Layers Of SilenceWritten & Created by
S. Wells StoneA story about what is hidden,
endured, and finally seen.
• This project comes from a deeply personal place.
• It explores silence, trauma, and the invisible weight many women carry alone.
Layers Of Silence is not just a film
— it is a voice.

SCREAM Silenced. Buried. Unheard. Until it could no longer stay inside.

Running Through the Silence Running through fear, searching for breath, carrying what was never spoken.

Breaking Point What was buried too long finally finds its way out.

Present, but not seen Surrounded by movement, in a world that never stops, some people quietly disappear.

THE CHILD Her reflection was already there. Waiting. “Do you want to be my friend?” The room was empty. But she was not alone.

SECOND LAYER — THE DISTANCE They were hers... but never within reach. So she learned to look instead of touch. And when no one answered... she turned toward the mirror.

THIRD LAYER — THE TRAINING
She thought she was playing.
Little by little, the game became expectation. Then obligation. Then silence.

THE THREE SELVES
The child. The woman. The survivor.
Different versions of the same life, walking toward the same light.

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE SILENCE
She learned how to look okay long before she learned how to speak about what hurt.
Silence became survival. Until it wasn’t.

THE INVISIBLE ARCHITECTURE OF SURVIVAL
The child. The woman. The survivor.
Every version of herself that survival forced her to become.
Still here. Still breathing. Still creating.

THE CHILD. THE WOMAN. THE SURVIVOR.
Three versions of the same woman, walking together toward the unknown.
Not abandoning each other. Not hiding from the past. Walking together.

THE SILENCE THAT STAYED
Some moments don’t leave.
They settle quietly and shape who we become.
Silence can protect you… but it can also stay with you for a lifetime.

TPHASE III — THE WOMAN
She learned to read silence as danger.
She didn’t move. Not because she was weak —
but because she knew exactly what could happen if she did.

THE WORLD WALKED PAST
Once, she knew what it meant to be invisible.
Now she stops when she can — because no human being should disappear in plain sight.

BETWEEN TWO WORLDS
Brazil gave her roots. America became part of her journey.
Two countries. Two chapters. One life.
She belongs to both.

THE WOMAN IN THE MIRROR
She survived long enough to become the woman she once needed.
But some parts of her were still waiting to be seen.

WHEN SILENCE BREAKS
The body can only hold so much.
Fear. Memory. Pain.
Until silence is no longer strong enough to contain them.

THE ESCAPE
She kept running long after the danger was gone.
Because sometimes the body remembers fear before the mind can explain it.

THE BREAKING POINT
There comes a moment when survival becomes too heavy to carry in silence.
And everything the body held inside finally asks to be felt.

THE WEIGHT BENEATH THE SURFACE
Every human being you pass carries a story you cannot see.
Sometimes what is visible is only the tip of the iceberg.

A STORY BORN IN BRAZIL
Brazil is where this story began.
The United States became part of its journey.
But memory crosses borders — and perhaps this story needs to return home before traveling the world.
